I like to give a big thanks to Dula and James at PerAutoKc.com They helped me get into the car I wanted with a quick and easy process. These guys are very professional, honest, and easygoing. If you're looking for a vehicle and not sure where to go, I highly recommend Personalized Auto KC! I also like to say thanks to James for working with me on getting the little issues fixed at no cost on my vehicle. Only minor things, nothing serious but he was more than happy to assist me and set me up with an appointment and make things right.

Personalized Auto is where you will find great people who will go over and beyond to get you in a vehicle you are comfortable with, they are honest, and perfect, and will take their time to explain what you want to know without rushing you just to make a sale. I've been to several Dealers and this one is clean, the hospitality is great and the vehicles looked nice and had great prices. I’ve had a lot of experience purchasing cars through the years. As you’d expect many used car dealers are at best, disreputable. James Byrd, The owner of Personalized Auto is a good man. The first thing you notice after talking with him is his willingness to show respect. Second thing you noticed is his willingness to work with you on what you want. James found me an amazing Infiniti at a quite reasonable price. Unlike other experiences with car buying, My time spent with Personalized Auto was actually enjoyable. If there were minor defects in the car James worked to help me get those things straightened out. Truly when I’m ready to buy more cars, I’ll start with Mr. Byrd.
